David Valley comes from a long line of developers in the Bay Area of Northern California. He has had a very successful career as a Business Development Officer for Stewart National Commercial Services. His acumen has seen the closure of diverse asset deals, ranging from $250,000 to $1 billion. Besides business development, David ventured into establishing his own holdings company, amassing a remarkable portfolio of development projects, and extending asset management services to a broad clientele.
Now a partner at Three Falls, David’s expertise is funneled into providing advisory services and assisting in asset development, serving both the in-house team and clients nationwide. He is a proud alumnus of San Jose State University with a degree in business and currently resides in Franklin, TN with his cherished family.
Ryan Hauck is an integral founding member of Three Falls Asset Management, brings to the table over two decades of real estate development experience. Early in his career, Ryan was instrumental in the formation of multifamily divisions for both Meritage Homes and Summerhill Homes. Ryan then joined Irvine Company in 2012, overseeing the development of over 4,000 apartments in Silicon Valley, encompassing entitlements, marketing, construction, and leasing operations.
His later tenure as Regional Vice President Urban at Lennar Homes saw him steering key master-planned developments in San Francisco. Ryan has also been an asset to Harvest Properties, Lennar Homes, Westlake Urban, Forbix Financial, and other entities, either in managerial or consultancy capacities.
Kevin Melberg is a co-owner and a founding member of Three Falls Asset Management. Based in Northern California, he has been in real estate related industries for over 20 years. He began his real estate journey in lending for commercial real estate. He was responsible for sourcing, through his network, and originating loans. His path evolved to leadership and development roles within the title insurance industry. He has always excelled at assisting his clients identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Through his experiences he identified a need for a higher level of customer service, not only for himself but for his clients. This led to the formation of Three Falls Asset Management, to provide clients with the best quality and most reliable service in the industry.
